The Empire Room
Nestled into the ground floor of the Empire State Building and opening this fall, this Art Deco-inspired lounge from Mark Grossich?the guy behind Grand Central’s clubby Campbell Apartment?should be a good spot for a three-martini lunch. Of course, that’ll require a proper expense account as well as a job that lets you sleep off the afternoon. So, yeah, we’ll see you there for a quick post-work drink slung by Flatiron Lounge vet Jonathan Pogash. Just remember to wear that Canali suit. As with the Campbell Apartment, there’s going to be a pretty strict dress code.
