Ok so the internet has been buzzing about this latest video from Jay. Why? Well, because for a couple years people have spoken on a hunch, yes a hunch that Jay is affiliated or involved in a secret society or illuminati.
Well to put things in proper prospective, Yes, the video does have a lot of underlined and satanic suggestions which would clearly go over your head if your not paying close attention. NILIFmag.com is the first to take a closer look. We have broken down at least some of the symbolism so that we can have our reader come up with their own conclusion. We are non Biased and stick to what we know as fact. So now that the disclaimer is out of the way here we go:
Here are clips from the video stills. Immediately below will be the explanation of what that symbol means in the real world:

As you can see we have several horned images all a coincidence? Well Lets check into this a little deeper of what that symbol really means.
Eliphas Lévi, born Alphonse Louis Constant, (February 8, 1810 – May 31, 1875) was a French occult author and magician.
Baphomet, as Lévi’s illustration suggests, has occasionally been portrayed as a synonym of Satan or a demon, a member of the hierarchy of Hell. Baphomet appears in that guise as a character in James Blish’s The Day After Judgment. Christian evangelist Jack Chick claims that Baphomet is a demon worshipped by Freemasons, a claim that apparently originated with the Taxil hoax. Léo Taxil’s elaborate hoax employed a version of Lévi’s Baphomet on the cover of Les Mystères de la franc-maçonnerie dévoilés, his lurid paperback “exposé” of Freemasonry, which in 1897 he revealed as a hoax satirizing ultra-Catholic anti-Masonic propaganda. The downward-pointing pentagram on its forehead is enlarged upon by Lévi in his illustration of a goat’s head arranged within such a pentagram, which he contrasts with the microcosmic man arranged within a similar but upright pentagram.
Lévi’s Baphomet is clearly the source as well of the later Tarot image of the Devil, in the Rider-Waite design. The symbol of the goat in the downward-pointed pentagram was adopted as the official symbol — called the Sigil of Baphomet — of the Church of Satan, and continues to be used among Satanists.
Lévi considered the Baphomet to be a depiction of the absolute in symbolic form and explicated in detail his symbolism in the drawing that served as the frontispiece:
“The goat on the frontispiece carries the sign of the pentagram on the forehead, with one point at the top, a symbol of light, his two hands forming the sign of hermetism, the one pointing up to the white moon of Chesed, the other pointing down to the black one of Geburah. This sign expresses the perfect harmony of mercy with justice. His one arm is female, the other male like the ones of the androgyn of Khunrath, the attributes of which we had to unite with those of our goat because he is one and the same symbol. The flame of intelligence shining between his horns is the magic light of the universal balance, the image of the soul elevated above matter, as the flame, whilst being tied to matter, shines above it. The beast’s head expresses the horror of the sinner, whose materially acting, solely responsible part has to bear the punishment exclusively; because the soul is insensitive according to its nature and can only suffer when it materializes. The rod standing instead of genitals symbolizes eternal life, the body covered with scales the water, the semi-circle above it the atmosphere, the feathers following above the volatile. Humanity is represented by the two breasts and the androgyn arms of this sphinx of the occult sciences.”
Now as for this symbol you would think that it is just a mere boat or yacht. Well take a closer look into it. In most occult or secret societies the shape of a triangle is used, as you can see the sails are fully drawn which make a triangle shape. So whats all this mean? Well think of when you take out a dollar bill, flip it to the back:
In 1782, the Eye of Providence was adopted as part of the symbolism on the reverse side of the Great Seal of the United States. It was first suggested as an element of the Great Seal by the first of three design committees in 1776 and is thought to be the suggestion of the artistic consultant, Pierre Eugene du Simitiere.
On the seal, the Eye is surrounded by the words Annuit Cœptis, meaning “He approves (or has approved) [our] undertakings”, and Novus Ordo Seclorum, meaning “New Order of the Ages”. The Eye is positioned above an unfinished pyramid with thirteen steps, representing the original thirteen states and the future growth of the country. The lowest level of the pyramid shows the year 1776 in Roman numerals. The combined implication is that the Eye, or God, favors the prosperity of the United States. Oh by the way Freemasons Designed the one dollar bill.
Jay also said in the empire state song ” And Jesus can’t save you, Life starts when the church ends”.
So is then he has this clip pop up for a literal 3 tenth of a second in his video on to the next one.

Jay has also said numerous times on record “It’s a secret society, all we ask is trust”, like on the song “its on” with beanie sigel, also on get your mind right off the dynasty album.
Also what I find very odd is that kanye as of late has been talking about selling his soul to the devil on about two or three of his last freestyles and appearances. Or maybe we as fans are looking way to deep into this whole thing… and it keeps these guys selling records.
Well we really wont know for sure until the truth comes out but this has defiantly got peoples attention right now.
Comment and weigh in on our poll too!!!

Oh and BTW there was only one Freemason on the 1st committee for the design of the $1 dollar bill and he proposed none of what you see on this bill. There were three successive committees formed for the design and none of the members were Freemasons. Another thing is the image you show is the reverse of the great seal of the US and did not appear on the $1 dollar bill until 1033-34. The symbols employed are not Masonic in origin. Were many of the founding fathers Freemasons? You bet and you can be sure that they influenced the US's early development. Read the constitution and the Freemasons constitution and you will find many parallels.
As for the rest of the imagery, i.e. Baphomet, you are right that Leo Taxil hijacked this image for his hoax and stories to ultimately make the Catholic Church look silly. In the process he defamed many good men and Freemasons. Many Anti-Masons still point to this hoax today as proof of their claims that Freemasonry is Satanic. Freemasonry has no God nor is it a religion of lodges a place of worship.
